1. PLACING AN ORDER
1.1 When you place an Order for a Product in any of the ways listed above you are agreeing to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
1.2 When you place an Order online we will send you and email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. If a Product is not available we will endeavour to let you know via email.
1.3 besthairbrands.com reserves the right to cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
1.4 All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
1.5 We endeavour to ensure that all prices on besthairbrands.com are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you have supplied us with. We will then give you the option of re-confirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.
1.6 Prices are quoted on besthairbrands.com in UK Pounds Sterling - outside the UK your credit card company will charge you in your local currency at the current rate. Please note that both charges and refunds are in UK Pounds Sterling and besthairbrands.com cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.
1.7 Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.
2.1 You must pay for your Order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit card, debit card, cheque or Postal Order. We regret that we cannot accept Visa Electron Cards on site.
2.2 If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order online you must pay by credit card.
3.1 Orders may be processed online or via email using a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta and Switch/Solo).
3.2 To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to ensure that these details cannot be intercepted by a third party.
3.3 Your credit card company may also carry out security checks to confirm that your order is genuine.
3.4 All Orders are subject to our own security and credit card verification procedures. besthairbrands.com reserves the right to withhold any Order that has failed to be verified. Should there be any problem with verification of your card details you will be notified via email.
4 CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER
4.1 In the UK, you may pay by cheque or Postal Order if you wish.
4.2 Please make cheques payable to besthairbrands.com. Remember to include a copy of the order, your contact details and delivery address.
5.1 We endeavour to keep besthairbrands.com as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that a particular Product will always be available. If we are unable to supply a Product you will be refunded for it or offered an alternative.
5.2 All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a Product you have Ordered, we will notify you via email, where possible, and will either refund you for that item or provide you with further information regarding future availability.
6.1 besthairbrands.com delivers to destinations inside and outside the UK.
6.1a All Styling irons are sent by Royal mail Recorded Delivery or Royal mail Special Delivery. Please specify an address where someone will be there to sign for the delivery.
6.2 Postage cost are as follows: Postage UK £2.10 + 55p per item, Next day £3.60 + 55p per item, Europe £3.60 + 70p per item, Scandinavia £4.60 + £1 per item, Worldwide £7.50 + £1per item,
Europe contents insurance add £3.50 + 70p per item, Worldwide £7.50 + £1per item.
European orders on items of 750ml or above will carry a £1.50 shipping surcharge, Items of 1000ml or over will carry a £2.50 shipping surcharge.
Worldwide orders on items of 750ml or above will carry a £2.50 Shipping surcharge, Items of 1000ml or over will carry a £4 shipping surcharge.
6.3 Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility when they apply. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and besthairbrands.com is not responsible for them.
6.4a Orders are dispatched either via Royal Mail (Standard Class) or Royal Mail special delivery next day. A signature is required for Royal Mail special delivery, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your parcel.
6.4b Delivery times as follows: within UK 2 - 3 working days, Overseas 5-10 working days. Orders placed after 3pm (weekdays) will be dispatched the next day. Orders placed Sat/Sun will be dispatched on the next working day (excluding bank holidays). All orders for Royal Mail Special Delivery next day have to be received before 1.30pm after this time Royal Mail Special Delivery next day will be processed the following day.An item cannot be treated as lost/undelivered until 15 working days after item dispatch date.20 working days for overseas orders.
6.5 We regret that we can only track orders sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery next. Those sent via Royal Mail standard delivery cannot be tracked..
6.6 We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on besthairbrands.com but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
6.7 Please Order from besthairbrands.com with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as besthairbrands.com cannot be responsible for this.
6.8 This does not affect your Statutory Rights as the consumer.

8 PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

9.1 You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the day following the delivery of the goods by contacting our Customer Services department by email or post. Your right to cancel is on the basis that we will be able to re-sell the goods to another customer as new. 9.2 We do accept goods back at besthairbrands.com, however only in the following circumstances:
We accept goods back, for any reason, that have been unused.
We cannot accept goods back that have been used.
9.3 If the products have already been posted to you (or on your behalf to any other person), you (or the other person) must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the products within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given.
